Titanium bug

Basically, when I mine titanium, the time goes by and everything but I don't receive it at the end. Could you also refund me 80 titanium, because that's how much I lost to this bug. Thanks.

I think it might be better if I change the time on the resources back to just minutes rather than hours and minutes because I dont think the code of hours and minutes real works.
