battle diversity

So far as of this post i've only used bazooka units... each and every fight so far has been against rifle men units...

My suggestions would be as follows...

mission 1... random lowest 2 ground units
mission 2... random lowest 3 units..

etc etc...

don't base it off what the player is using.. there needs to be some randomizing and unpredictability

of course... you don't want peeps to know they only need to purchase an infantry/sniper unit to win everything..

If I'm using a bazooka unit.. then AI should randomly select a unit from below my units level and at least 1 level higher for the chances to get beaten.

but as stated in my post in the game feedback.. you need to rework your troop numbers so there's no unfair advantage of one unit to be able to beat everything else so early in the game.. kills the challenge of the game.

troops->tanks-> vehicles

Item: Sniper Unit
Nation: All
Attack: 70
Defence: 5
Power: 50
Strength: 50
Accuracy: 70
Range: 70
Speed: 5

why would a sniper unit be stronger than an IFV?

Item: IFV Unit
Nation: All
Attack: 60
Defence: 50
Power: 40
Strength: 40
Accuracy: 40
Range: 40
Speed: 40

And yes my sniper unit defeated the IFV easily
now a bazooka unit should be able to beat them but not a rifle on armour Smile

There is a chance to loss in the current system, it works like this.

Player 1 item state:
Attack: random number from 0 to item max +
Defence: random number from 0 to item max +
Power: random number from 0 to item max +
Strength: random number from 0 to item max +
Accuracy: random number from 0 to item max +
Range: random number from 0 to item max +
Speed: random number from 0 to item max +

= Player 1 Total

Player 2 item state:
Attack: random number from 0 to item max +
Defence: random number from 0 to item max +
Power: random number from 0 to item max +
Strength: random number from 0 to item max +
Accuracy: random number from 0 to item max +
Range: random number from 0 to item max +
Speed: random number from 0 to item max +

= Player 2 Total

Sum = Player 1 Total - Player 2 Total

if sum >0 then Player 1 gets battle advantage
if sum <0 then Player 2 gets battle advantage

I guess I could add something like a strong against and vulnerable to feature so that for example: sniper units are good against troops but vulnerable to tanks. And that Aircraft carriers where good against battle ships but vulnerable to submarines. etc.
