Tactics For Battles

I just had a great idea. Would it be possible to add tactics into the game. So when you deploy military units you also assign them a given tacit which lets them perform better in a given category.

So for example:
A tactic called flanking maneuver could be used as a tactic to increase the performance of say the category attack.



What do you think?
