Population Happiness

How do some people have happiness rating's over 99%? I have seen two different users with population happiness over 99% now. Also, does population happiness affect the outcome of a battle?

Yes the population happiness and the Defcon level are included in the battle calculation (which can be found below). As for the more than 99% population happiness I think this may be because there is a small bug some where in the code. I will look into it.

The battle calculation:

Player 1: attack(0 to max) + defense(0 to max) + power(0 to max) + strength(0 to max) + accuracy(0 to max) + range(0 to max) + speed(0 to max) + population happiness(0 to max) + defcon level(0 to max)

Player 2: attack(0 to max) + defense(0 to max) + power(0 to max) + strength(0 to max) + accuracy(0 to max) + range(0 to max) + speed(0 to max) + population happiness(0 to max) + defcon level(0 to max)

(0 to max) = A random number is generated from 0 to items max for that category.

SUM:
SUM = Player 1 + Player 2

if SUM >0 Player 1 gets the wins!
if SUM <0 Player 2 gets the wins!
